• Compliance Tools: CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR compliance checking
• Content Security: Link analysis, HTML validation, URL cleaning
• Deliverability Testing: SMTP, TLS, PTR validation

The Service is provided "as is" for informational and diagnostic purposes. Results should be used as guidance and do not guarantee email deliverability.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate anti-spam laws
• Submit malicious content, malware, or phishing attempts for analysis
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure

3.2 Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

3.3 Compliance

You agree to:

• DNS records are real-time (caching may cause delays)
• Third-party reputation services provide current data
• Compliance tools identify all legal requirements

4.2 Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we'll provide notice when possible)
• Technical issues, server failures, or network problems
• Third-party service dependencies (DNS resolvers, APIs)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

4.3 Usage Limits

We reserve the right to implement rate limits to ensure fair usage:

• Free Tier: Limited queries per day/month
• Analysis Size: Maximum email size, DNS query limits
• Concurrent Requests: Maximum simultaneous analyses

Excessive usage may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and analysis logic
• User interface design, graphics, and branding
• Documentation, guides, and educational content
• Trademarks, logos, and service marks

Are owned by InboxReadyCheck and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of data you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process submitted data to provide analysis results
• Store data temporarily for caching and performance
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

• Analysis data is retained for 90 days then deleted

9. Termination
